Designing Services

We at Apidleads Digital Media strive to provide high-quality design services to our clients. Due to the nature of our work and the resources invested in the design process, we regret to inform you that we do not provide any refunds on designing services once the project has been initiated or completed. This includes but is not limited to services such as Advertising Posters & Flyers Design, Brochures & Menu Design, Signboard Design, Logo Design, Social Media Content Creation, and Website Design.

Software Tools

For software tools offered by Apidleads Digital Media, we offer a 30-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of any software tool provided by us, you may request a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your request must be made within the specified period and meet the following conditions:

• The request must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase.
• You must provide proof of purchase.
• The software tool must not have been used extensively or for commercial purposes.
• The software tool must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging and documentation.

Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that refunds may take 8 to 10 business days to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
